The house has its own private pool & patio area with barbecue,and sun beds for true relaxation. Children are well catered for with both indoor and outdoor activities. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, cooker and washing machine, dish washer. Large lounge with 3+2+1 sofa and chairs, SAT TV, traditional fireplace, and full A/C. At the front a tranquil shaded terrace area in front of the sea surrounded by lavender and rosemary. At the back a superb mountain view located a few meters away.
Three bedrooms on the 2 upper floors and a basement with games &some gym equipment. Bed linen & towels are provided (bring beach towels).The house has central heating & is a cosy retreat for out of season walkers/bicyclers.

Nea Dimmata - Polis - Paphos:
Nea Dimmata is a pretty, quiet, traditional Cypriot village, located directly on a long beach. In the village you will find a local coffee shop and supermarket. The main town of Polis is an easy 12 minute drive along the coast and here you will find a variety of restaurants, cafes, shops and a daily market in the colourful Town Square. The fishing village of Latchi is just a further 5 minute drive, where you can take a boat trip around the unspoilt Akamas peninsular, try your hand at the numerous water sports on offer, or just relax in one of the harbour-front fish tavernas. Unspoilt beaches stretch along the coastline around Latchi and Polis. Paphos Town centre, with it shops, cosmopolitan harbour area and extensive leisure facilities is approximately 45 minutes by car.
